    Houses. This activity is managed in DEC (Derivatives Execution and Clearing)
    business line. As part of its listed derivatives offer, DEC is clearing listed

Your Main
Activities Are

  • As part of DEC business line (Derivatives Execution
    & Clearing), the account manager of OTC Client Clearing has to handle
    middle office and back office activities on his/her scope
  • Middle – office
    • Be the 1st point of contact for all counterparties
      (clients and CCPs) with regards to Cash settlement processes
    • Follow up of pending topics closely and ensure all
      clients trades are process and booked at T day
    • Perform timely reconciliation between internal systems
    • Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the
      activity
  • Back – office
    • Post all margin and intraday margin from CCP’s within
      the day of the payment/receipt of the funds
    • Action all client payment requests prior to the
      relevant currency deadline to ensure the required value date is met
    • All payments received into the ex-CFL/DEC bank
      accounts are booked correctly
    • Ensure CASS payment and BNP Paribas sanction rules are
      always followed
    • Ensure currency balances are maximized
    • Monitor and communicate bank balances at the end of
      each day
    • Communicate large cash swings/money movements
    • Ensure SSI set ups are performed following the
      required sanctions checks, documentation checks and call back protocol
    • Set up new MT101 agreements upon the request of
      marketing ( 2 new client inflight at any given time) and ensure records of any
      new or terminated agreements are maintained (CASS mandates)
    • Ensure that all clients related issues, queries and
      request are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
    • Participate in projects to drive the business forward
      to deliver internal or market system releases (Market releases, MO/BO tools
      enhancement, among others)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Global finance knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel, MS
    Word, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
