About the job
- Belonging to the CCCO (Conduct and Control Chief Officer), you will integrate the dynamic and international TAC NAC team (Trade Acceptance Criteria and Non-Acceptance Criteria) being responsible for coordinating the approval processes for new transactions/activities and playing a key role as well in coordinating its committees. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and providing advisory and support to stakeholders, the TAC NAC Coordinator will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including Business (Structuring, Trading, Sales), LOD2 Functions (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations), and other teams within Global Markets, generating a meaningful impact on the business.
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate exceptional transactions and new activities processes, acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders, and support the Committee Chairperson
- Ensure the monitoring, follow-up and action points execution, raised by the approval committees’ stakeholders and Business Sponsors
- Provide advisory support, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies, tools and standards
- Generate weekly dashboards, produce monthly reports using formulas and PivotTables to maintain activity trackers
- Perform qualitative reviews of internal memos and functions’ opinions
- Liaise & Interact with Operational and Permanent Control (OPC) and TAC NAC teams worldwide
- Ensure data input and quality check
- Contribute to the Global Markets Governance
- Contribute to the development of regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators
- Strengthen the Global Markets validation process through regular training, reporting and controls
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s, Post-Graduation or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related field (Science, Maths, Law)
- Proficient in Excel and Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint
- High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity
- Advisory, analysis, mediation, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and management at all levels
- Multitasking, Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on time
- Precision, and attention to detail
- Fluent English, both written and spoke
