We are looking for a Clarity Solution Expert who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of CA Clarity PPM (Broadcom Clarity) along with techno-functional expertise to support business processes, stakeholder coordination, requirement gathering, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all Clarity‑PPM initiatives, ensuring clear, timely communication between business users, the PMO, and technical teams.
  • Partner with business owners to capture, analyse, and document requirements, pain points, and opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and, where appropriate, technical designs for configuration or development work.
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Clarity modules, including: Resource Management, Project Management, Timesheets, Financials, Demand & Portfolio Management, MUX interface
  • Build and maintain workflows, attributes, portlets, dashboards, and custom reports that align with user needs.
  • Liaise with development teams to prioritise enhancements, oversee integrations, and ensure rapid defect resolution.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, UAT activities, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide first‑line production support, troubleshoot techno‑functional issues, and create clear documentation (process maps, user guides, training material).
  • Participate actively in release planning, testing, and deployment cycles, guaranteeing smooth transitions to production.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by recommending best practices, governance standards, and innovative uses of the Clarity platform.

 

Requirements:

  • 5 + years of hands‑on work with CA Clarity PPM / Broadcom Clarity, including strong experience with the MUX interface.
  • Proven experience with Clarity modules – Project, Resource, Timesheet, Demand & Portfolio Management, and Financials.
  • Ability to configure workflows, attributes, dashboards, and reports without code; comfortable collaborating with developers on enhancements and integrations.
  • Experiasnce in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.
  • English language – Fluent in communication and writing
  • Nice‑to‑have: Knowledge of PPM governance and enterprise  portfolio‑management frameworks, experience in Agile/Waterfall project environments.
