Client Account Manager with French

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of professional experience,
  • Experience Service Clients is desired,
  • Very good interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work in teams,
  • Good editorial capacity,
  • Knowledge of Office Tools,
  • Proficient level of English,
  • Knowledge of French (min B2)
Responsibilities:
  • Attach procedures and rules in place in the service,
  • Affirm knowledge of the systems used and of customers,
  • Ensure receipt of calls on the AVAYA application and follow-up of all client requests (telephone, fax, email, mail),
  • Insure dealing with customer dissatisfaction,
  • Manage upward information to the Client Account Manager and the Team Manager for all customer complaints,
  • Get telephone orders for funds authorizing this service,
  • Ensuring the correct application of the tasks and controls listed in the checklists (daily, weekly, monthly),
  • Dealing autonomously with all applications which do not require the involvement of operational teams within the deadlines set in the ALS.
