About the Team

  • Consulting & Transformation (C&T) is part of the COO scope of BNP Paribas Portugal. Its goal is to advise BNP Paribas’ Management, participating in the framing, design and implementation of projects and operating models aimed at supporting global Functions & CIB Business lines, having both a global and local mandate.
  • Compliance C&T  Portugal is part of this expertise center, servicing Compliance Executive Committee covering all Business Lines and all Regions across the Group.
  • In collaboration with Compliance C&T France, we support the Group’s strategic plan by providing expertise on:
    • Identifying disruptive, tactical and strategic quality improvement and cost reduction opportunities
    • Accompanying the teams in their transformation journey by driving the change and acting as trusted advisor of international sponsors
    • Participating to remediation programs by ensuring overall relevance and efficiency of the action plan  delivering appropriate coordination with worldwide stakeholders to meet regulatory deadlines
About the job 
  • Support Senior Management in the transformation of BNP Paribas, leading their respective teams, planning and structuring activities, ensuring high quality standards at all times.
Your Main Activities Are 
  • Oversee the team’s activities and ensure quality of delivery in alignment with clients’ expectations. 
  • Identify team members’ training and development opportunities, provide coaching, motivate and contribute directly to their performance. 
  • Contribute to further build a meaningful team of internal talents 
  • Provide project management and consulting expertise to support the Territory 
  • Nurture and develop current and potential client relationships. 
  • Drive change and use positive influence to ensure client transformation is aligned with local and global strategy. 
  • Seek proactively to develop the team and assist the Head in growing the Team’s brand equity and reputation. 
  • Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to the team development. 
  • Communicate effectively with all teams, clients and peers and implement a culture of constructive feedback.
Profile and Skills to Success 
  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or related areas 
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Consulting 
  • English fluent 
  • Expert level in project management framing 
  • Proficient in MS Office Pack – Excel and Powerpoint 
  • Expert level in Strategy and Consulting 
  • High organizational and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment
