Your Main Activities Are
- Strategic Leadership
- Help build and grow the platform as well as the teams by participating to strategic and organizational discussions and by understanding the objectives of the business centrally and locally
- Network with stakeholders
- Participate to HR/Campus events, build a recruitment strategy, create local networks to fill open positions and reduce turnover
- Human Leadership & Management
- Set relevant objectives, monitor the performance of the team and provide continuous feedback
- Support initiatives and promotes the generation of new ideas and new ways of working
- Ensure adherence and monitor the team members’ compliance with the applicable policies, procedures, laws and codes
- Seek improvement opportunities and contribute to increase the processes’ efficiency
- Production
- Coordinate with Traders, Sales and Structurers as well as support functions (including compliance, legal, marketing) to support the commercial effort, by pricing complex products and related activities
- Answer in a timely manner to clients’ requests regarding specific features of the products
- Participate in the creation of a product offering in order to achieve the business plan, contributing to the investment ideas generation
- Create product pitches and support the delivery to clients
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Economy
- Between 4 and 7 years of relevant experience in Management, Leadership, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, Stochastic calculations, Structuring and/or Derivatives
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Knowledge in:
- Data Intelligence, Research and Quant Analytics
- Financial Markets
- Excel
- Models and pricing tools

About the Team
- Europe Global Markets Structuring team is responsible for the development and execution of complex derivatives for our clients, in particular Retail Networks, Private Banks and Insurers. We are working closely with sales, trading and other structuring teams to originate new investment solutions and foster our leading position in derivative structured business
- The team is located in Paris, Lisbon, London, Milan but also works closely with our American and Asian colleagues. The Lisbon team is a strategic hub for Structuring and is composed of 6 people, and as part of the team’s growth, we are recruiting a Manager
