  • The mission of RISK Data Governance is met by
    • Define and monitor the embedding of Data Governance practices into the processes of RISK
    • Animate data quality committees within RISK
    • Working closely with project and team leads throughout RISK Systems

Your Main Activities Are

  • The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil the role of a Data Governance Analyst as follows:
    • Collaborate with teams across RISK to implement data governance best practices
    • Design, create and update key documentation, including data definitions, metrics, guidelines and supporting methodologies
    • Contribute to the definition and creation of the set of tools used by the teams
    • Contribute to the effort to back populate the data governance to existing stock of critical data
    • Oversee, govern and report the performance of quality of governance in line with data governance principles
    • Provide support in the strategy relating to lifecycle of data  and ensure user adherence to data governance standards
    • Assist with the preparation of data governance committees

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk, Business, Finance, IT or related field
  • Fluent level of English
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, data or risk related business
  • Computing skills (MS Office tools, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical skills with creative and flexible approach to problems solving
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce high quality documentations
  • Self-motivator and able to work with colleagues and stakeholders operating across different regions
  • Delivery focused with keen attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills

About the Team

  • The RISK Data Governance team is responsible for the lifecycle of data in RISK Systems, and the management of data goals, processes, and procedures. It defines and enforce a governance of data within RISK Systems.  The process is practical and sensible, and it results in an understanding of the quality, completeness, transforms and semantics of data.
