Spain CTO

Spain CTO organisation consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. The CTO organisation includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

 II.         Context and Role summary

The primary objectives of this role are to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Spain CTO department and work in close collaboration with Spain CTO Office.

The scope of this role is Spain IT Production which includes both CIB ITO & ITG functions.

III.       Position – Tasks & Key Responsibilities

Main tasks for the Departmental Assistant to provide support to the Spain CTO & CTO Office:

– Efficiently managing the Spain CTO Management Agenda

– Meetings coordination (Logistics, Agenda, Conference rooms, Auditorium)

– Travels arrangements

– Visitors’ coordination

– Spain CTO – all staff internal communications and engagements

– Events organization (staff events, townhalls, offsites, vendor meetings)

– Assisting with new joiner acclimatisation to BNPP

– Specific mgmt reporting and presentations.

– Provide support to local functions (Facilities, COO): seating actuals and projection, lockers, parking slots, BCM scenarios.

The ideal candidate has a strong background on the following points:

–       Client focused and experienced in dealing with senior mgmt

–       Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

–       Competent in MS Office

LANGUAGES

·         High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C)

·         Spanish

·         French will be a plus.
