About the job
The Digital Assets Product/Project Manager is part of the Global Markets – digital team. It consists in driving innovation, defining strategy and contribute actively to the development and integration of Digital Assets within Global Markets & CIB
Collaborating to market initiatives, regulatory working group and with internal stakeholders, developers and front officers, the right person would be part of the planning and execution for the future developments of the Bank’s key digital initiative.
Your Main Activities Are
Advanced level professional accountable for providing excellence.
Examples include:
- Taking an active part in the definition of the Digital Assets strategy including : identifying relevant platforms and integration within Global Markets, pushing new opportunities and innovative ideas based on an understanding of the products, Global Markets & Clients’ needs, and regulations.
- Coordinating the scoping (e.g. workshops, business requirements), governance, prioritisation and delivery of new features and products for the digital assets platform in close coordination with key stakeholders: Primary (ie DCM, Syndicate), Secondary (ie Sales, Trading), Tech team, Others Group Metiers Digital Leads.
- Collecting feedback from end-users from Global Markets and supporting functions to improve the product and ensure a best-in-class digital experience.
- Maintaining a written documentation of the platform and relevant information.
Continuously identifies, proposes, and implements innovative or alternative ideas ahead of others to improve topics or solve issues or problems that are multidisciplinary or cross-organisational, to improve the customer journey or the organisation, to develop new businesses or thought models.
Contribute to the definition of the communication strategy around digital assets inside and outside of the Bank to clients and key stakeholders.
Influences and supports members of the team by leading in decision making and approach where problems are more complex and require sophisticated analysis or experience.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Higher degree in engineering, finance or computer science field
- Experience in the blockchain/Crypto/Digital assets preferred but not mandatory
- Strong background in digital product management and project management
- Proactively able to think strategically, identify areas of development and takes initiative to implement relevant actions, in the short, medium and long term
- Strong relationship management skills and an ability to work with individuals from different background and seniority to ensure the delivery of set objectives
- Proven communication / relationship management skills
