About the job

  • The objective of this role is to provide an End-to-End (E2E) client onboarding service for EMEA Strategic Clients, coordinating the process with all internal teams (Sales, Legal, KYC and Risk), acting as a point of contact for the client and monitoring the progress while ensuring quality and efficiency

Your Main Activities Are

  • Initiate the Client onboarding request from the client. This will involve understanding the request in detail and technical knowledge, including structure of the onboarding legal entity(s), the products, the jurisdictions, the priority of the request with respect to onboarding profile
  • Manage the engagement with the Client Relationship Manager and Sales person
  • Manage engagement with Credit Risk, KYC, Legal, Operations and Referential data to ensure that all client documentation is gathered and distributed
  • Ensure that the Client has been fully onboarded prior to trading and that all stakeholders are communicated to, both during and at completion

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or Management
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
  • Client focused 
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Creativity, innovation and problem solving skills
  • Analytical ability, namely in Excel
  • Knowledge of Transversal Financial Markets
