Fund Accounting Expert in Private Capital

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and bookkeep cash movements, inter-company transactions, invoices, and investment related transactions, in accordance with procedures and ensure deadlines are respected
  • Co-ordinate NAV calculation process within the team and strengthen operational controls
  • Leading process transformations to optimize workflow and implement improvements/ efficiencies
  • Review work performed by other team members
  • Reconcile transactions against supporting schedules and documentation, ensuring relevant support is obtained and filed
  • Act as SME, investigate issues, provide guidance to team members in the case of complex transactions and system issues
  • Train and develop less experienced team members
  • Engage in projects and initiatives across the department and with locations, offering your perspective and expertise
  • Generate reports and investigate/respond to ad hoc requests as required by the Luxembourg team, the client and the board of directors

Requirements:

  • Previous accounting experience and knowledge
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn

  • Fluency in English
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel
