To handle regulatory reporting and operations for treasury products including Derivative, Money Market and Capital Markets (Bill of Exchange/Bonds/Structure Note)
To support global market department in terms of settlement, reconciliation FX transactions, MM transactions including derivatives and structure note.
Key Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
To handle Local Regulatory Reporting relating to all global market products (Derivative, Money Market and Capital Markets (Bill of Exchange/Bonds/Structure Note))
Participate bank projects for system enhancement to be aligned APAC global market and regulators.
Liaise and co-ordinate with BNP Paribas Hong Kong and ISPL regarding Back Office processing platform.
Derivative, MM & Capital Markets
Handle the relevant local regulatory reporting in related to global market products.
Handling and THB Payment in related to Derivative product including Third Party payment processing.
Prepare and issue P/N and structure note for MM deal and marketers.
Confirm money market deals by phone before issuing the P/N to counter party deliver by hand.
Review and register other P/N of MM deals and structure notes.
Prepare Bill of Exchange and letter confirmation for corporate.
Confirm the redemption of B/E, Structure Notes with the counter party by phone before preparing the SWIFT THB Payment per client’s instruction.
Provide E-bidding with BOT statement to FIOHK/ISPL and settled by FOP.
Settlement
Handling and THB Payment in related to Derivative product including Third Party payment processing.
Prepare the local THB Payment for FX, Money Market, B/E, E-bidding, and derivative as download from OMR or manual against report HK55 and DP03
Prepare THB Payment margin call and coupon as confirmed by CSA Collateral Management team and counterparties.
Confirm THB Payment for NR banks with their Correspondent bank by phone.
Pass the account entries in A2 for MM Deal AT Call.
Scanned bond confirmations to banks or FI (sub-fund a/c) by fax
Arrange physical P/N, B/E, Bond confirmation and structure note to the clients.
Issue C/O to settle BOND Trading with Sub-fund account by FOP.
Issue tax receipt to Non-bank of MM and B/E Transactions.
Arrange the Exotic FX Option confirmation to the counter party.
Send the incoming and outgoing of bond confirmation to the clients and FIOHK/ISPL by fax.
Checking daily incoming and outgoing of THB Payment via BAHTNET web services against HK55 report
Confirm incoming THB non-resident to FIOHK/ISPL by e-mail.
Monitor the Bond investment via TSD System to matched and completed.
Withdraw the physical bond via TSD to replace the maturity of capital reserve with BO.
Print balance of Bond ILF portfolio with BOT and balance of bond investment via TSD on daily basis to regional FIOHK/ISPL respectively
Prepare documents for the short-term debenture by manual.

Handling Regulatory Reporting in related to Derivative, MM
Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions (“AML/FS”) related duties
Operations are an integral part of the control framework including for AML/FS topics. In that respect, in performing your role you are expected to ensure adherence to AML/FS-related Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls, and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision.
Permanent control
Direct contribution to BNP Paribas Operational Permanent Control Framework
Ensure to comply with the Operational Permanent Control, legal and regulatory framework and requirement. Handling and THB Payment in related to Derivative product including Third Party payment processing.
Ensure guidelines are followed (Compliance Leaves, Compliance Training)
Vigilance/check Control
Assist and supply information require by SPOC in order to reply to SPOC/Level B1
Contact with customer to collates documents requested by SPOC/B1
Ensures relevance of documents (e.g. all in English) before sending them back to SPOC/B1
To be in alert mode for any transactions done in the sanction’s countries but also in Myanmar (to inform asap the RM, the compliance and the line manager). Ensure to have the compliance sign off before processing the transaction.
KYC
Ensure KYC check is done on pre-processing and to make sure comply with KYC relevant guideline.
Other
Online-BOT report to borrowing and lending MM onshore transactions at the end of day (Intra-day Loan Report)
Keep and documents of treasury products in recall box and register a barcode at warehouse
Batch input in A2 (BatMan)
Assist Team lead adhoc basis as required.
Back up on tasks performed by the team when necessary.
Work closely with other Departments to identify/suggest performance improvement to achieve team and department goals.
Ensure smooth cooperation with FI&T Operations Processing Team.
Good judgment in settlement operations and able to work independently under stress and keep to tight deadline.
Ability to handle a wide range of foreign exchange products and services.
Good knowledge in BOT’s regulations relating to foreign exchange, money market, and derivative products.
Good oral and written communication skill (both in Thai and English)

Specific Qualifications Required
3 – 5 years of experience related to Global Markets and Treasury Operations or Foreign Exchange Settlement from Banking or Financial Institution
