Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Supporting tasks regarding the analysis, implementation and testing of Investment Guidelines
- Monitoring of regulatory and fund specific investment restrictions on a daily basis
- Observating of market conformity of non-cash transactions and reporting of issues
- Ex-ante checks related to outsourcing of call money and/or time deposits to other credit institutes
- Validation of overdrafts and VaR reports monitored by the IOC team
- Performing the tasks according to the relevant operational procedures
- Responding to internal and external requests in a professional and friendly manner
- Delivery of operational service levels agreed with clients, internally and externally
- Important information is distributed to all IC members and other relevant teams
- Timely escalation of problems to the Head of IC/ local management
- Ensuring the transformation of BP2S value’s – steadiness, responsibility, expertise, good place to work, agility, compliance culture, client satisfaction and openness
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Student of Economics, Finance or similar
- Strong interest in German and European regulations, ability to acquaint oneself with IC operational processes, procedures and services
- Strong interest in fund, securities and derivatives markets
- Facilitating cooperation and interaction within team and beyond
- Ability to communicate clearly, articulately and succinctly and to express messages effectively, both oral and written
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and business fluent in English (word and writing)
