We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with some experience in coordinating teams (scrum team, external data provider) to join our international, multidisciplinary engineering team, working on the design of data sourcing solutions, Data reporting solutions and potentially assisting on light AI integration topics.  You will act as the bridge between the business stakeholders (Product Owners, Treasury, Operations) the development team, ensuring that functional requirements are clearly defined, aligned with business objectives, and accurately implemented.

The project focuses on providing digital tools to BNPP CIB Banker teams based on data sourcing coming from various applications at BNP CIB, and provide the necessary reporting and data analytics tools.

IT Business Analyst / Team Coordinator 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the banking or financial services domain.
  • Experience with functional specification writing, datamodelling, and business process definition.
  • Experience with coordination of partner data sourcing team(s), some experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communicationskills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong senseof teamwork and collaboration in international environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Data analytical skills, involving advanced usage of SQL language
  • Advanced notions ofdashboard designing skills, including usage of Power BI
  • Strong knowledge ofAgile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Understanding of APIs, batch processes, and database concepts.
  • Leading skills, working at the centre of several teams and making everyone’s interest meet (WEB team, business partners, data sourcing teams, our BI team).
  • Ability to adapt efficiently to changing environments and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities: 

  • Requirements Analysis & Specification
  • Collect,analyse, and document functional requirements 
  • Write detailed Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) and User Stories for the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business users to define the targetDashboard solution
  • Ensure that all functional deliverables meet both businessobjectivesand regulatory requirements.
  • Validate data modeland viewdefinitionsalong with the target stakeholders (WEB team)
  • Organize sprintceremonies to maximize team productivity.
  • Coordinate Data sourcing team to ensure deliverables aremade according to the roadmap
  • Testing & Validation
  • Define acceptance criteria andparticipatein functional testing(on need basis).
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams.
  • Analysediscrepancies and contribute to defect prioritization and resolution.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the main contact between business stakeholders, development teams, and project management.
  • Facilitate functional workshops and alignment meetings withstakeholders.
