Looking to launch your tech career working on high‑impact projects within a demanding, innovative, and truly international environment?

The CIB ITO Tech Graduate Program offers a permanent contract from day one and an accelerated 18‑month journey designed as a genuine fast‑track toward IT expertise within BNP Paribas’ Corporate & Investment Bank. Throughout the program, you will work closely with expert teams on major technological challenges for CIB, with the objective to:

  • Rapidly build your technical expertise
  • Gain autonomy
  • Lay the foundations of a solid and sustainable tech career

 

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

 

You will begin the program with a 12‑month immersion within a single department, during which you will complete up to three assignments

 

The Graduate Tech Program is much more than a development track—it is a fully dedicated ecosystem designed to help you grow. You will benefit from:

  • A buddy: a Graduate from the previous cohort who will support your onboarding at BNP Paribas
  • Regular networking events with other Graduates and young talents across the Group

These interactions will help you discover our various businesses and functions, fostering a strong cohort spirit and ensuring a smooth transition from academic life to the professional world.

 

Continuous learning is at the heart of the Tech Graduate Program: you will have access to a broad range of training modules to strengthen your IT expertise and refine your soft skills, as well as conferences, talks, and round tables led by Experts to help you anticipate the technological challenges of tomorrow’s banking environment.

 

Finally, mentoring is a key component of the program, designed to accelerate your development. You will regularly meet with a mentor who will help you take a step back, structure your progression, and carve out an ambitious tech career path within CIB ITO.

 

Missions, team and working environment

 

CIB ITO teams design, maintain, and evolve CIB’s information systems and applications. As the leading investment bank in Europe within the EMEA region, we support our corporate clients in their development by offering strategic advisory services and best‑in‑class access to financing and transactional banking solutions. 

 

Your responsibilities

You will play an active role in CIB ITO activities. Your role will involve participating in the product development lifecycle, including application development, integration and interfacing with new countries or clients, as well as the implementation of new functional modules.

 

Key activities

In this context, you will be involved in all or part of the following activities:

  • Define and contribute to the implementation of the technical solution in response to business requirements.
  • Prepare scoping and design documentation.
  • Participate in the design of technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, secure, robust, and efficient source code, while collaborating with other developers and promoting best development practices.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.
  • Implement a testing strategy to ensure the required level of quality.
  • Participate in project cycles and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

Rotations give you the opportunity to explore different stacks and technologies, helping you rapidly build a strong technical portfolio early in your career.

Are you our next Graduate Tech CIB – IT Developer (M/F)?

 

If you have:

  • A master’s degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School or equivalent university, specialized in IT.
  • Up to two years of experience
  • A strong passion for new technologies.
  • The ability and willingness to work with multicultural, local, and remote teams.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or above).
  • Availability for a full-time permanent position from 1 September 2026

 

Required technical skills

In terms of technical skills, you’re the person we’re looking for if:

  • You have a good understanding of software development cycles, IT practices to make code reliable, readable, maintainable, and of good quality. 
  • You master at least one of the following development languages (JAVA, C#, Python, etc….). 
  • You master the rules, principles, and practices of IT development (DEVOPS) as well as development and continuous integration tools (GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins, ELK, Kubernetes, etc…).
  • You understand the main issues related to data, security, and their management. 
  • You will ensure a watch to keep up to date with new technologies (Data Analytics, Cloud…). 
  • You speak fluent English
