About Business line/Function: < CTO – Control Tower: This role will be for managing the business remotely of another country outside India. It will be required for the candidate to support the business by working in evening shift starting 6PM IST >
Position Purpose: < Own and administer the Change Tracking tool (e.g., ServiceNow) to ensure audit-ready compliance, seamless change processes, and alignment with ITIL standards across BNP Paribas and overseas entities. Serve as the SPOC for tool governance, vendor coordination, and cross-team collaboration. >
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
< 1. Support change tracking, event investigation and reconciliation activities.
2. Build strong communication with IT operation and Security Teams.
3. Design and maintain tracking controls within the tool.
4. Design and maintain compliance reporting.
5. Elaborate and present internal technical requirements to vendor.
6. Coordinate and monitor activities being performed by tool`s vendor.
7. Change Tracking tool testing and internal troubleshooting.
8. Build supporting documentation where necessary. >

5. Strong working knowledge of IT Change and Security Compliance.
6. ITSM Process Auditing and compliance.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical levels.
8. Ability to work effectively in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
9. Ability to coordinate with various technical and non-technical teams to achieve quality results.
