Junior Client Account Manager


Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the financial sector.

– English – C1 level (written & spoken) – ability to communicate fluently with international clients (German language skills – a plus )

– Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

– High responsibility, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

– Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

– Communicate with clients and all involved parties to deliver required services

– Provide day‑to‑day support by managing client accounts, handling queries, and ensuring the expected service level is consistently met.

– Participate in client and third‑party meetings to confirm satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities

– Help create and maintain team procedures and checklists to eliminate gaps and discrepancies in our processes

– Participates in process enhancement to ensure proper delivery of services
