(Junior) Specialist HFS TA Dealing
HFS Dealing is a part of Hedge Fund Transfer Agency that services multiple locations – dealing in mostly focused on Ireland and US. Transfer Agent Dealing Team is responsible for many back-office tasks related to handling all activities necessary for the proper functioning of the account in the managed fund portfolios, including order processing and proper reporting to the investor and to our clients – fund managers. Among with improving operational skills and delivering efficiencies that improves our service quality, employees interact with Reg/AML and Fund Accounting Teams, building their great understanding on how financial markets operate in practice.

Requirements:

  • University degree or student able to work full-time
  • 1-3 year of professional experience, preferably in finance
  • Very good spoken and written English (min. B2)
  • Good MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team work orientation and collaborative attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment

Responsibilities: 

  • Processing dealing activities to ensure TA records/transactions are accurate and delivered on time as per client SLAs.
  • Performing dealing activities, supports its monitoring and review to ensure daily deliverables are met.
  • Assisting team members with basic activities training to support knowledge transfer, effective communication and cooperation within the team and between teams.
  • Informing Team Leader about identified process gaps to help in ensuring necessary controls and procedures are in place, operational risks mitigated and errors/incidents occurance minimized.
  • Supporting Team Leader in simple issues investigation to help in ensuring service level defined in SLAs is delivered.
  • Builds and maintains business relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to keep high service satisfaction level
