About the job

    • The
      KYC Quality Monitoring Senior Controller is responsible for ensuring that the
      KYC updates performed in the KYC tools (e.g. GCARS and Fenergo) are performed
      by the regional KYC Quality Monitoring Officers with super admin users of the
      tools, in respect of the Group Compliance KYC rules and in obedience to the
      operational guidelines. This is done by issuing operational procedures and
      controlling the updates performed by the regional KYC Quality Monitoring
      Officers. In addition to this, the senior controller is expected to independently
      lead certain topics for the team, act as expert for more junior team members
      and support the team leader in the team’s activities

Your Main
Activities Are

    • Act
      as subject-matter expert and provide operational support to the regional KYC
      Quality Monitoring Officers, (e.g. clarifying questions on the processes and
      procedures, support in training new-joiners)
    • Be
      the first line of contact in the team for junior team members and stakeholders
      by supporting the team leader
    • Lead
      ad-hoc projects and activities related to the mission of ensuring the quality
      of KYC tools and to policy updates
    • Issue,
      develop and maintain operational procedures to guide the regional KYC Quality
      Monitoring Officers in their tasks
    • Controlling
      the KYC updates tasks performed by KYC Quality Monitoring Officers in the KYC
      tools

Profile and
Skills to Success

    • Bachelor
      Degree in Law / Economics / Finance / Accounting or related
    • At
      least 3 years of experience with Banking and Financial Operations
    • Advanced
      level of English, both written and oral
    • Knowledge
      in MS Office Pack (Excel)
    • Attention
      to detail / rigor
    • Ability
      to deliver / results driven
    • Ability
      to manage a project
    • Ability
      to develop and adapt a process
    • Ability
