About the job
- PT Operations is a key Department within BNP Paribas Portugal Branch. The main mission is to provide quality services and solutions to BNP Paribas Portugal Branch clients in four intervention areas, such as Corporate Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Accounts Opening and Maintenance
Your Main Activities Are
- Prepare notes, synthesise documents and deliver comprehensive and synthetic reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Execute the necessary daily reconciliations and controls
- Develop methodologies in order to build internal reports
- Use different tools to collect and analyze data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports
- Ensure data input and quality check
- Identify actions to resolve identified discrepancies
- Report progress, risks and issues to the Management
- Analyze the existing processes in place and propose action plans to improve them
- Liaise and interact with the several stakeholders on a daily basis
- Contribute on the overall successful running of the Local Operations Department whilst respecting BNP Paribas rules and guidelines in terms of Compliance, Risk and Conduct
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s Degree in Law, Finance, Management or any related fields
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both oral and written
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Reliability and capacity to deliver results with strict deadlines and attention to detail, adherence to the highest quality standards
