We are currently looking for a .NET Developer to join Regulatory Reporting Domain which manages a cluster of 5 applications responsible for delivering reporting to both regulators and clients. These solutions are offered to entire BNP Paribas Client portfolio as well as to dedicated BNP Paribas Group entities.

.NET Developer

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experiance in .NET 4.8+, .NET Core (C#),, Angular 16.x+ and JavaScript/TypeScript;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL language, and relational database modeling (ER model);
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns;
  • Practical experience with Dependency Injection and familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD);
  • Proficiency in development tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio Code;
  • Experience working with REST APIs;
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
  • Knowledge of version control systems, such as BitBucket;
  • Basic understanding and experience with DevOps practices;
  • Fluency in English (C1), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

  • Logical model design of solutions to be implemented 
  • Implementation of software solutions according to the standard technologies and design patterns adopted by the department
  • Configuration management of application source code
  • Analysis of business needs and requirements elicitation
  • Testing of the implemented solutions
  • Continuous training on technology, design and best practices useful for the department
  • Pro-active promotion of potential innovation to the design of solutions, by means of controlled spikes
  • Peer reviews the code created by other colleagues
  • Comply with all department procedures and standards
  • Proper attention and skilling on software security related topics
