Role:

Within CIB ITO, the Supply Chain Management teams process the SCM financing needs of our CIB Corporate Clients. The CIB ITO Supply Chain Management teams are located in Dublin for EMEA, in APAC and in AMERICAS. 

The CIB ITO SCM teams are also engaged in the an ambitious worldwide industrialization programme that is globally managed from Dublin in the SCM Operations Industrialization Team. 

Our team’s key mandates are to: 

  • Define Target Operating Model and alignment across regions 
  • Manage Local & Global Transformation projects within the industrialization program or not 
  • Design stand processes, controls, guidelines, and coordinate implementation with the regions 
  • Foster best practices exchanges across regions 
  • Be the entry point of contact for Central teams to collect KPI, Impact analysis, Budget figures on Supply Chain Management Worldwide Ops
  • Lead the world wide Operations industrialization from a product perspective 
  • Measure and monitor the progress of industrialization on Operations Worldwide 

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Product Manager position involves but is not limited to:

  • Partner with Supply Chain Operations teams from all regions to identify pain points, process efficiencies and define product needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure these are transposed into Details Business Requirements.
  • Develop a deep functional knowledge of the operating platform, being the voice of Ops driving the IT development, providing business rules, priorities and arbitration.
  • Build the Operations’ processing tools long term vision. Formulate, validate and execute their strategy based on targeted process & user intervention.
  • Ensure Operations teams’ priorities are aligned across the regions and in line with the SCM Industrialization strategy and, more globally, within our 2030 vision. 
  • Maintain a product backlog, ensuring it reflects business’ priorities and expected impacts (efficiencies, operational risk, etc) 
  • Dynamic animation of the worldwide Operations’ Product governance to identify priorities, blockers, best practices and share updates on releases/delivery roadmap
  • Support Operations’ new requirements with a Business-case, measuring ROI / efficiency gains and maintaining a dashboard or expected vs realized efficiencies.
  • Pro-active Change Management: 
  • Support and measure the new features’ adoption rates
  • Formalize process changes induced by system enhancements (process maps) 
  • Clearly communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring organization alignment. 

Transversal coordination of the Supply Chain Finance Operations (local, EMA or worldwide) :

  • Define, gather and collate meaningful KPO’s and Dashboards with Operational Hubs 
  • Formalize a gap for analysis of operations worldwide and consider new product needs
  • Prepare, lead and minute various Steering committees and follow decision / action plans 
  • Define and distribution of Management Reporting Packs
  • Contribute to the Supply Chain Knowledge Bank from a product perspective 
  • Contribute to Business case formulation with specific emphasis on operation impacts 
  • Ensure Global Guidelines, Procedures, Compliance Requirements and Control Plans in relation to Supply Chain activity are implemented with the Operation Hubs
  • Proactive following of audit recommendations and their implementation in our tool where applicable 

Qualifications & Experience required for this role:

  • Proven experience as a product manager, or similar role, in a multicultural environment 
  • Experience in operations processes analysis, to understand Operations’ needs as regards the product
  • High pro activity in identifying enhancement opportunities and in improving process efficiencies – Having a ‘strong voice’ 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Financing activity, and related banking systems is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Product Lifestyle, panning and prioritization methods 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various levels of stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Good time management, facilitation and organizational skills 
  • Personal Impact / Ability to Influence 
  • Ability to inspire others and generate peoples commitment 
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
