Position Purpose

This position is initially assigned to one of each product inTransaction Processing team in Osaka.
• Transaction Processing is responsible for the day-to-day settlement and corporate action management/asset servicing for below products. Team operates in close collaboration with traders, marketers, sales and other internal function teams to offer client-first post trade services.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing
  1. Confirmations
  2. Settlement/Payments with onshore/offshore clients
  3. Processing Life Cycle Events – Corporate action management and asset servicing
  4. Day to Day Control & Monitoring
  5. Accounting Control
  6. Tax processing
  7. Reconciliations
  8. Reportings (Client/Regulatory/Internal)
  9. Business Enablement
  10. Billing processing
  11. Request for Static Data maintenance
  12. Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions (“AML/FS”) related duties

Required:
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent
  • Native in Japanese and business level in English
  • At ease with numbers
  • Managing the pressure
  • Basic OA skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred:
  • JSDA Sales Representative Qualification (Class 1 & 2)
  • SWIFT knowledge
