About the job
- PT Operations is a key Department within BNP Paribas Portugal Branch. Its main mission is to provide quality services and solutions to BNPP Portugal Branch clients in four intervention areas: Corporate Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Accounts Opening and Maintenance
Your Main Activities Are
- Prepare notes, synthesize documents and deliver comprehensive and synthetic reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Execute the necessary daily reconciliations and controls
- Develop methodologies in order to build internal reports
- Use different tools to collect and analyze data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports
- Ensure data input and quality check
- Identify actions to resolve identified discrepancies
- Report progress, risks and issues to the Management
- Analyze the existing processes in place and propose action plans to improve them
- Liaise and interact with the several stakeholders on a daily basis
Profile and Skills to Success
- Masters Degree in Finance, Management or Economics
- English fluent
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail, adherence to the highest quality standards
- Advanced Excel knowledge and MS Office tools
- SQL and VBA skills
- Reliability and capacity to deliver results with strict deadlines
- Polyvalent, flexible and able to adapt
- Team player
