Position Purpose
As PMO within the Transformation Office, you will support the management in the organization and further buildup of Financial Shared Services.
Individual must possess strong expertise in the area of Project management, Stakeholder management, Communication Management; Internal Reporting & Governance for Finance shared services.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Create presentations for senior management, provide support on creating RACI, TOM, project plans etc.
· Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholders
· Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future references
· Facilitate relations between other Finance Services and its stakeholders;
· Ensure effective implementation of the major action plans;
· Verify and monitor that all the documentation is updated and in line with the applied processes;
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Must be efficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project and SharePoint
· Strong in communication and stakeholder management
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Experience related to project management
· Previous consulting experience is a plus
