About the job
- Quality and Process Officer mission is to help design and document the process, in compliance with BNP Paribas’s IT Governance. They help with their deployment by providing support, advice and coaching, then ensures compliance with these processes within organizations. Lastly, they contribute to their development by setting up a continuous improvement loop
Your Main Activities Are
- Monitoring and following requests for service purchases
- Monitor and relaunch applications to ensure workflow until contracts are signed
- Block the administrative accounts of external assistants without a signed contract
- Carry out regular reports on the status of procurement requests and contracts
- Use the data to improve existing processes
- Provide support and operational assistance to the various interlocutors
- Supporting the Purchasing (P&P) service on steering and transfer aspects
- As a referent, you will need to educate the operational staff about the process and the inherent risks
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology and Computer Science
- At least 2 years of professional experience in processing operations and data entry in the Back Office and/or Middle Office type
- Fluency in English and French
- Knowledge and vision of the Group’s environment
- Knowledge of Pack MS Office Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyse data and produce relevant reports
- Organisational skills
