About the job
- The KYC Quality Assurance Officer’s main mission in to undertake quality assurance on Know Your Client (KYC) files and support the Due Diligence Officers by providing training, guidance and feedback based on Compliance and Regulatory expectations
Your Main Activities Are
- Perform a posteriori independent quality controls on KYC files by sampling
- Produce reports on the controls results performed and areas of improvement identified
- Identify root causes impacting the quality and define the corresponding action plan per country
- Identify training needs for Data Officers and Senior KYC Officers and lead those trainings on the main topics impacting the quality
- Implement new policies, procedures and communications from Compliance and GCS
- Monitor, report and oversee remediation of non-compliant files
Profile and Skills to Success
- Up to 2 years of experience in Client Management, Compliance or Audit
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of KYC procedures
- Great organizational skills with a results driven mindset
- Ability to collaborate with others with great attentiveness to detail
