Position Purpose
Risk Dedicated Solutions (RDS) is an ITG-FRESH department hosting various applications relating to RISK monitoring, Credit Risk, Stress Testing and Capital Calculation. Within RDS: Credit Rating Framework (CRF) is a BNPP RISK tool embedding business and regulatory concerns (Credit process, PD & LGD assessment based on internal rating policies).
The candidate will join ITG-FRESH-RDS and participate actively to RDS tools enhancements and monitoring as well as the follow-up and management of IT developers. The activity will mainly consist In Organizing / Costing / Scheduling / Documenting and Reporting on CRF activities (monitoring of batch treatments, follow-up of IT dev, contribution to the IT roadmap construction and project instruction). This role of Software engineer is requiring experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team. The position will require also reporting skills in order to follow the IT activities.
The position will lead to develop knowledges on various financial and credit risk relating topics as well as BNPP information system within a motivating environment.
The Software engineer will be fully integrated in the project team located in Paris and involved in roadmap construction and project instruction on technical phases. The position will require high reactivity and reporting skills to follow the IT activities. The candidate will also use IT tools in the Devops toolchain and guarantee the high quality of developments and compliance to IT Standards.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Proposing technical solutions adapted to the business needs (Contribute to technical requirements writings)
· Ensuring a good implementation of best practices and coding standards
· Ensuring the good implementation of Devops tools ensuring the high-quality standard.
· Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received.
· Involving all aspects of the Application development, M&E activities and providing L3 support ticket resolutions and Monitoring of the production environment.
· Working closely in a “one team” approach with all stakeholders (and particularly Applications Managers) jointly providing high quality deliverables.
· Leading and taking ownership of technical solutions and managing collaboration on technical evolutions.
