- To actively contributing to the pursuing of BNP Paribas’ Recruitment strategy and growth for Portugal. To ensure an effective Recruitment delivery to the Group’s Business Areas at local level, by sourcing and assessing the right talent in the shortest period possible, while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Hiring Managers and Candidates), acting as advisory partner and respecting the highest ethical and conduct standards at all moments
Your Main Activities Are
- Importing and exporting information from Recruitment requests to the system
- Reviewing and publishing job adverts
- Taking part of transversal Recruitment projects and processes (Referral Programme, Inclusive Recruitment and others)
- Supporting the Recruitment team in tools and daily tasks
- Participating in all team-bonding activities
- Supporting the full cycle of Recruitment
Profile and Skills to Success
- Masters degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related fields
- Knowledge of Human Resources
- Knowledge of Assessment/evaluation
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Communication skills – oral & written
- Ability to develop and leverage on networks
