About the Team 
  • The PSG Digital Delivery Team, is responsible to lead projects end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, including testing for RPA ( Robotic Process Automation), supporting 2S operations, having both a global and local mandate.
About the Job 
  • Your purpose is to ensure proper identification and implementation of projects using digital technologies available within the Group to adopt and implement digital and efficiency strategy within the organization.
Your Main Activities Are 
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA project solutions, establishing and controlling project constraints and scope to ensure project implementation according to global standards 
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget 
  • Perform process reviews to ensure alignment with project methodology 
  • Analyze operational teams project requirements and assess business processes and systems inefficiencies to ensure proper identification of areas for improvement 
  • Deliver functional design documentation to ensure providing a clear and compliant plan for the project 
  • Support and coach ambassadors within operational staff throughout digital projects and activities to ensure fostering a continuous improvement and digitalization culture 
Profile and Skills to Success 
  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology and Computer Science or related areas 
  • Relevant experience in Project Management 
  • English fluent 
  • Strong Knowledge on Technologies related to process automation (RPA, OCR, NLP) 
  • Familiar with RPA tools and frameworks (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Pega) 
  • Strong skills in data preparation and visualization technologies:(Alteryx, PowerBI) 
  • Strong technical competencies regarding Business Analysis & Deployment Management 
  • Strong familiarity with Jira and SharePoint platform 
  • Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence 
  • Proactive and able to understand, explain and support change 
  • Ability to manage or facilitate workshops, meetings and trainings
