About the job

  • The focus of the role is multi challenging with several key areas for involvement :
    • Support the European IRFX teams with continued monitoring of the activity of our key clients across Europe – this will involve weekly high level meetings with Sales Trading and Management to ensure the correct blend of hit rate and profitability are achieved
    • Monitoring of performance vs budget for all sales teams across Europe – requirement to spot and report on key positive or negative trends.
    • Development and analysis of the results of Broker Reviews to ensure BNPP addresses any shortfalls in pricing or coverage – Presentation of the results to senior management.
    • Development and promotion of the interactive client reporting tools – ensuring Sales have the tools to monitor the latest client activity.
    • Production of the quarterly and Monthly sales reports – interpretation of the data – developing Strategies to take the business forward.
    • Kantox – integration of the business into the BNPP network – ensuring that rules of engagement, the sales strategy regarding product and region is implemented.

 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Develop/maintain and further enhance interactive client reports on traded volumes hit rates and profitability to assist senior management and sales spot weaknesses in performance and remediate – Tableau knowledge and understanding required..
  • Roll out and help deploy senior management initiatives across EMEA sales teams.
  • Support the Kantox ( recently purchased Fintech)  marketing drive ensuring records and reports are kept up to date – prepare and distribute a sales pipeline to highlight areas of resistance and concern in the sales process.
  • Be present at the quarterly Senior Management  Kantox Steercos – bringing relevant insight and information 
  • Assist in preparing monthly revenue data for EMEA Corporate teams to ensure management are fully briefed and aware of each regions activity – highlighting areas of concern and proposing actions to be take
  • Attend senior sales  meetings to ensure accurate data is circulated and new initiatives are adopted and followed.
  • Participate in weekly trader sales meetings to help ensure the correct pricing tier and liquidity is attributed to each client across EMEA – preparation of data and reports ahead of these crucial meetings. Development of the interactive report used by trading and sales to identify issues – correlation of historic data

 

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant area for the position
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau
  • Excellent Mathematical, quantitative and analytical Skills
  • Demonstrable interest in and good understanding of the financial markets or economic affairs
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/VBA) – working on management presentations will be a main aspect of this role
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
