About Business line/Function:

CIB Client Engagement and Protection IT having focus on applications servicing Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC , Customer Relation Management,  Service Request Management, Referential and Data Quality, PreTrade Transaction Screening, Data and Document platforms and Anti-Money Laundering.  Technologies being used include Java, .NET, Angular, Informatica, SharePoint, Docstore, Python, Scala, Spark, PowerBI, Fenergo, Siebel, Actimize, Camunda, Drools on private cloud infrastructure. Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used. Landscape includes projects that are a mix of established and some under transition to new platforms.

Position Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team CEP Document Platform with 8+ years of experience. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.


Responsibilities

1.     Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.

2.     Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

3.     Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.

4.     Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

5.     Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

6.     Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

7.     Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

8.     Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

9.     Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

1.     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

2.     Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

6.     Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
