Position Purpose
This position is for the role of Sr. Lead in IT Infrastructure & Production under Hardware Asset Management.
HAM Kead is briefly responsible of all the hardware assets in Bangalore location.
He is in charge of all the hardware asset related transactions in the bank and monitor the same with no error or have everything in control for Bangalore location.
HAM Manager participates various audits across the year for asset management related area.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Responsible for Hardware Asset Management Services, Managing IT infrastructure asset management team with the Objective of ensuring optimum services across the organization. Technical coordination with the vendors and provide assistance to BNPP Management team on various initiatives.
· Track all IT assets throughout its lifecycle.
· Maintain Asset Records pertaining to Installations, Movements.
o Maintaining the track of Assets (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, IP Phones and Other IT Assets)
o Tracking IMAC calls and update the same in Asset Tool
o Update of Inward / Outward Excel sheet
· Work with other IT Support team members & Suppliers on Hardware Replacement
· Preparing reports as and when required (MIS Reporting)
o Generation of monthly Hardware Inventory Reports
o Generation of weekly Asset Control Matrix
· Tracking of the entire asset across organization with actual business owner tagged at all times.
· Manage Hardware Asset Management
o Physical Assets Verification activity.
o Disposal of assets as on when required
o Stores re-arrangement on regular basis
o Handling stores and stores activity efficiently
· Ability to learn fast, Good Analytical skills.
o Co-ordination with Users / Technical towers / Stake holders / Vendors – via Phone or Mails (Good Communication)
o Providing support to customers on any asset related queries
o Coordination and Movement of Assets to and from other locations.
Fixed Asset Reconciliation Annually with Finance records.

Specific Qualifications (if required)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HAM[Hardware Asset Management] project management
The individual will be required to have knowledge & understanding of various service / regulatory standards, work processes & procedures such as ITIL, ISO, Project management etc.
