Senior Specialist in Performance Management Team


As a Senior Specialist you will be contributing to MIS platforms processing and follow highest standards of data maintenance. You also need to be ready to run local business controls in various dimensions and work on economic scenarios to ensure quality input to budgets. You are going to be mandated to cooperate with local teams and provide feedback to business owners worldwide.   

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in controlling in banking institution
  • Practical knowledge of management reporting standards in banking
  • Experience with MIS processing technology solutions
  • Advanced MSExcel skills to support reporting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Client focused mindset with strong collaborative attitude
  • Proficiency in Polish and English 
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in economic profile studies

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and control of MIS reporting tools
  • Production and analysis of management reports  
  • Handling ad hoc queries and exchange with internal counterparties   
  • Contribution to:
    •  forecasting and budgetary process
    •  intragroup settlements related to services rendered to the Group  
    • minimizing operational risks within management accounting
