About the job

  • The Senior UX Designer’s mission is to facilitate BNP Paribas’ transformation and co-creation processes and ensure that clients and users are at centre of everything we do. The main tasks of this role include: Product and UX design; co-creating with our internal and external customers to create a vision for new or improved products and experiences; creating and testing prototypes; planning, designing and executing proof-of-concepts; and launching new products and solutions into the market

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage and contribute to the growth of our design system collaborating with cross functional teams ensuring consistency across our digital solutions
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality user experience and interaction design work across the Digital portfolio. Support the practice and build team expertise across disciplines including user research, interaction design and visual design
  • Be a customer advocate, mastering customer needs and using feedback, user goals, and business requirements to drive clear UX direction to our products as well as value increase appreciation for user centric design within the organisation
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, engineers, researchers and designers to rapidly develop concepts and prototype ideas
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders to form a deep understanding of project scope, user needs, and design requirements
  • Create and present design and ideas using storyboards, user flows, wireframes, design mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how systems function and flow from early stage concepts through to complex system and platform designs
  • Be a thought-leader for customer centric design and work with the rest of the team to enable and grow the practice of UX design methodology within the broader organisation
  • Initiate and facilitate UX team-building efforts such as design reviews, workshops, pitch decks or other materials that help align people on common goals/direction
  • Help to focus the team’s efforts through driving UX standards, offering project guidance and connecting the team to the wider organisational context and ecosystem
  • Conduct user research and usability test sessions to assess the usability and user experience of prototypes and existing interfaces; and iterate based on user feedback

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Marketing and Communications 
  • From 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Financial Operations 
  • Fluent (C1-C2) level of English 
  • Client focused 
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to manage / facilitate meeting, seminar, committee, training, among others
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process 
  • Ability to manage a project 
  • Knowledge of Transversal Financial Markets
