We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our newly created team in Poland and be part of the Global Middleware Production team within CIB IT PRODUCTION.
You are part of ECM SSC team which is globally responsible for the SharePoint platform across EMEA, AMER and APAC with an application support team based in two locations in India acting as a single, global team.
Your role is split between architectural/project-based tasks and third-line support of multiple global SharePoint farms, which use the full range of SharePoint 2016 functionality, augmented with custom solutions and third-party tools.
It is an administration and architecture, not development role, though some of your development skills are useful for troubleshooting and implementing more bespoke solutions.

Requirements:
  • IT Production skills (ITIL, Agile principles including SCRUM and Kanban)
  • Skills in terms of SharePoint 2016 administration including: Using PowerShell to troubleshoot and maintain the environment, BI integration, SharePoint Apps
  • Other Microsoft tools knowledge like Windows Server (2016,2019), IIS, Active Directory, Office Web Applications
  • Security knowledge – vulnerability management, hardening, web access firewall requirements, DMZ architecture
  • Technical ecosystem skill: SSL Certificate Management, Web authentication methods including Kerberos, SAML, Monitoring – Dynatrace, Infrastructure standards for servers, networks and storage
  • As a Nice-To-Have: AvePoint DocAve, K2 blackpearl, MS SQL Server, .Net development/scripting

Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-assigned tasks to accomplish the function is responsible for. The nature of these tasks are Change the Bank or Run the Bank.
  • Work cooperatively with the other members of the team, especially in delivering projects.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and procedures (Problem Management, Change Management, Incident Resolution).
  • Apply own initiative, within the levels of acceptable risk.
  • Apply the guidelines and principles of user service mentality and behavior.
  • Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively, the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controls.
  • Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or Permanent Control (or Compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified.
  • Provide a direct contribution to the BNPP operational permanent control framework.
