About the job

The Sharing Product Manager is responsible for developing Global Market “sharing product” business. Sharing products allow end-investors to donate a small portion of their investment in a saving product to an identified association with environmental and/or social benefits.

Over the years, Global Market has developed this business in many countries and is looking to hire to further develop this activity.

The Sharing Product Manager will manage the end-to-end relationship with charities as well as various internal stakeholders, will support Global Market sales in promoting these products to distributors and monitor the activity globally. 

The position will allow you to contribute to the development of Global Market sustainable product offering.

 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Charities relationship
    • Manage the relationship with the charities and partners in close collaboration with GM structuring team
    • Coordinate the charities’ KYC with the various due diligence teams
    • Oversee the legal agreement between BNPP and each charity, with the help of the legal team
  • Process and monitoring
    • Ensure a smooth donation process, from the fees booking at the level of the trading book, to the final payment to each charity
    • Maintain an adequate reporting 
  • Business development
    • Develop with marketing team the marketing materials for the distributors and end-investors
    • Do market watch of the competition products
  • Sales support and execution
    • Provide support to sales in transactions’ origination and execution

 

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic background in Engineering or Management
  • Previous experience in the area
  • Good level of English and French (B2 and above)
  • Communication skills – oral & written
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Interest in charities and sustainable investment solutions
