Third-Party Risk Management Expert

Responsibilities:

  • Executing centralized third-party risk management framework to ensure risks associated with vendors are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively for the company    
  • Implements locally a global third-party risk management framework to ensure compliance with law and global procedures
  • Participates in thorough third-party onboarding/ monitoring activities, including project and/or third-party risk assessment, to ensure all documentation required in the third-party product/service                     
  • Maintains the third-party risk management database to ensure the Company can locate information for any future reason including regulatory and audit investigations.
  • Ensure controls to assure compliance to global policies and procedures in third party risk management and GDPR
  • Performs GDPR third party onboarding to ensure compliance with local law regulations
  • Cooperates with other BNP Polish units to provide re-usage of third parties assessments and vendor management practice.    

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in Procurement/Finance/Administration preferably acquired in financial industry
  • Fluency in English and Polish (min. B2 level) 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and impact effectively
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • High level of flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new situation
