ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
The mission of Finance & Strategy Transformation Projects is:
  • Drive transformation initiatives by identifying program priorities
  • Act as a leader and coordinator with mandate to:
    •  Develop the on-boarding strategy of stakeholders at all levels of the Group (central, regions and territories, entities, businesses, IT and other functions,…)
    • Ensure the implication of all teams including FRESH
  • Contribute to projects initiated by Business Lines/Functions on F&S function scope.
This specific mission is created to reinforce Finance & Strategy Transformation Projects team capacity for a 6-month period. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support other project managers on their project tasks, consisting of :
  • On-time execution of the organizational projects across all Finance & Strategy
  • Definition and review of business processes
  • Follow up of different aspects of the projects
  • Support to answer client needs during the projects
  • Support on the preparation of communications on project status to the stakeholders regularly
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Studies

Bachelor’s degree, preferably Finance, Business or Engineering

  • Experience

No previous experience required

  • Languages

English C1

French and Spanish preferable
