Responsibilities

Key responsibilities in relation with CIB Mexico (all CIB entities):

Strict compliance with the BNP Paribas Code of Conduct: Display an exemplary behaviour aligned with the Mission, Values and Rules of Conduct covering all 7 angles: customers’ interests, financial security, market integrity, professional ethics, respect for colleagues, group protection and involvement with society.

Support CIB Mexico COO, by having a broad view of his/her priorities, serving as an integrator of work streams. Transformation and Governance Analyst will support the link between the CoS/T&G VP and the broader organization.

The T&G Analyst will support the CoS/T&G VP in its Territory Management mandate by supporting coordination activities with teams, linking local and regional domains, ensuring that designed governances and transformation activities and its progress are according with the CoS/T&G VP Strategy and objectives.  The T&G Analyst is, accordingly, a key support for coordination of the “Project Validation Committee” and the “Project Implementation Forum”. On top of this role, the CoS/T&G VP provide support to the COO Office strategy and local teams’ priorities. Additionally, the T&G Analyst will aid the CoS/T&G VP on its responsibilities as, COO Chief of Staff and Governance and Transformation Roles, providing support and coordination in the BaU and new initiatives activities.

The T&G Analyst role embodies predominantly a support to the COO Office CoS/T&G VP, in the end-to-end projects, aiding in audit exams (IG, regulatory and external), and BaU matters.

Main Responsibilites

Serve as support in the Functions-strategic committees where the CoS/T&G VP it is defined as Secretary within the scope of the Chief Operating Officer and help in the coordination of key meetings, aid in producing the main presentations and minutes around operational strategy.

Governance support

Provide support to the COO CoS/T&G VP in the link between the local teams and the Bank’s operational strategy, helping to implement the operating model and how local teams work.

BaU support

Operational Strategy: Implementation support and Periodic Review

Help to perform the defined strategic activities and roadmap on all Operating domains: 1LoD to 3LoD

Transformation and Adaptation

Help for the operational implementation of the defined operational strategy

Provide support in the Monitoring of the operational strategy

Committees and Forums: Help to the maintenance of the wider Governance charter of BNP Paribas Mexico

Support in the Monitoring and follow up on Committees and Forums key takeaways

Support to CoS/T&G VP as secretary of CIB Mexico Operating Committee (OpCo), including coordinating meeting scheduling and updates, aiding in producing main presentation, minutes and following up on action items with owners.

Day-to-day Support

Provide support in the ad-hoc analysis to facilitate decision-making

BaU support

      Provide support in activities involved with the oversight of Outsourcing management by having

      continuous interactions with the Outsourcing Coordination team.

Help in the Coordination between the CoS/T&G VP and local functions in relation with the COO Management Forums, Town Halls, Communications etc.

Support in the identification of opportunities in process areas, facilitating collaboration.

Projects and other

In strict coordination between the CoS/T&G VP and the PMO, the T&G Analyst will serve as Project support coordinator of CIB Mexico wide projects excluding Information Technology domain (coordination of information from SME and project project experts, locally and regionally for process adaptation, corporate reorganization and medium to large developments).

Escalate to the CoS/T&G VP any risk or issue identify during the project’s execution

Provide support and coordination for COO N-1 management in planning, designing, executing, monitoring and controlling project tasks

Help to the CoS/T&G VP as Secretary to the Mexico Project Validation Committee, supporting the coordination with all project teams contributing to the Committee.
