Position Purpose
CIB ITO is a Global function for which the Global Head of ITO has management responsibility.
CIB ITO is represented in the UK by CIB ITO UK, for which the UK head of CIB ITO has management responsibility, on top of his CIB IT Responsibility.
Key areas within scope include IT services, Operations, CCCO and Quality & Efficiency (Q&E).
CIB IT includes this IT domains: GM, GB, 2S, CEP, SGA, ALMT, Market risk and oversight IT Production and Risk IT.
The CIB ITO Transversal DORA team supports the Head of CIB IT to define strategy, lead and implement the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) with third parties, which aims to strengthen IT security for financial entities, globally within ITO and CIB IT. The scope relates to External and Internal Services.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities of the CIB ITO Transversal DORA Project Manager include::
- Support the definition and implementation of DORA Program Governance, Roles & Responsibility in alignment with Group Procedures (RISK and IT Group).
- Manage the transformation required for DORA implementation: Scoping, gap analysis, remediation, and coordination with CIB IT Clusters for the implementation of BAU processes.
- Support DORA compliance by coordinating the activities required across DORA ICT Third Party Risk pillar.
Ensure responsibility for achieving the DORA project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the sponsors:
- Ensure all artefacts of the projects are well managed: Requirements, approach, gap analysis, deliverables, roadmap, ensuring alignment with the leadership team
- Identify, on-board & manage key stakeholders (Group, CIB, ITO and other functions)
- Identify, resolve and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies
- Establish the governance and cadence of DORA projects meetings as well as get ready by preparing materials.
- Research, perform benchmarking, analyse data and make recommendations
- Help determining key performance indicators and dashboards
- Ensure good communication and manage the change process within the scope of the project
- Provide regular management reporting on project progress, identifying issues for management attention and resolution at the earliest opportunity

Contributing Responsibilities
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Experience in a large project management role (senior PM level)
- Experience in change management activities
- Good knowledge of IT general control frameworks and Third-Party risk management principles
- Working knowledge of TPRM industry standards
- Knowledge and general understanding of EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
- Good knowledge of Cyber resilience principles/practises
- Good knowledge of Operational Resilience chain too.
- Good knowledge of IT Clusters and IT Asset Management
- Good knowledge of target architecture core principles
- Experience in planning, coordinating, executing and following transformations to target architecture
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience of facilitating meetings and workshops at all seniority levels, internally and externally
- Leads and motivates a large team of individuals to ensure they have the capability to meet the objectives of the domain.
- Supports and coaches the senior managers or technical experts within their domain.
- Manages change successfully within the broader department troubleshooting and guiding where necessary and supporting teams to successfully adopt change to drive BNPP’s success and organisational outcomes if required.
