Position Purpose

This role is responsible for :

 

  • Setting up the new ESM team in ISPL under Q&E
  • Ensuring adherence to KPIs and laid out processes and controls
  • Planning and executing specific projects within the domain
  • Supporting the CIB Quality & Efficiency Cost strategy by collecting and analyzing spend/cost saving data sets to identify spend behaviours & trends, 
  • Setup and follow-up demand management workflow and contract registry in relation with TPRM and internal solution called PWISE (Ivalua based) to support third party product and solutions need across CIB
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Ensuring that spend reporting processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • People management responsibilities: hire, mentor and retain team members to deliver services mandated and focus on continuous improvement.
