About the job

  • Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management (WM) has a competences center in Lisbon named the Portugal International Markets Hub (“PIMH”). This center manages certain activities for the International Markets (“IM”) sites of BNPPWM namely Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Monaco
  • We are looking for a passionate and versatile professional to join our team and provide functional and operational support to our Front-Office users
  • You will play a key role in managing IT tools, training users, and facilitating collaboration between various departments (IT, Operations, Finance, among others)
  • In this role, you will be responsible for incident management and resolution, working closely with our IT Team. You will also play a crucial role in continuous process improvements and the implementation of new tools and features
  • Additionally, you will contribute to digital transformation projects, Tests before implementation, end-user training, while ensuring smooth client data management

Your Main Activities Are

  • First level of support for front-Office
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for users, providing quick and effective solutions to their needs
  • IT Tools Consultation & Support
    1. Advise teams on best practices and help optimize the use of systems and processes
  • Incident Management & Request Follow-up
    1. Analyze, prioritize, and track software issues, reporting anomalies as necessary.
  • Client Data Management
    1. Oversee cost price updates, conduct historical research, and generate customized reports, particulary on fiscal topics
  • Project Follow-up
    1. Represent the Front-office in various projects, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the deployment of new software versions
  • Training & Documentation
    1. Prepare, organize, and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth onboarding of new tools and processes, while mainaining up-to-date documentation and legal contracts for clients
  • Client Communication Coordination
    1. Manage the production and delivery of client mailings, and ensure templates are aligned with the bank’s requirements

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration and Accounting
  • Previous experience in customer service, business support or middle office jobs
  • Ease at analysis and understanding of complex processes
  • Technical skills to understand the functioning of IT banking systems
  • Fluent in English 
  • Good command of digital applications
  • Strong team spirit
