About the job

  • The
    Cash Transfers Senior Officer is in charge of processing and validating cash
    transfers according to client instructions

Your Main
Activities Are

  • Ensure
    accurate and timely treatment of client’s cash instructions (incoming and
    outgoing)
  • Execute
    the first level controls of the operations
  • Perform
    treatment of standing orders, direct debits and prepaid cards
  • Ensure
    that market guidelines are being followed and perform coherence control on
    payments messages before releasing to the market in order to avoid delays
  • Ensure
    quality service for clients
  • Perform
    deep analysis for more complex cases and claims
  • Communicate
    and maintain a good relationship with the client, banks (information,
    improvements, developments, litigation), counterparties and custodians
  • Ensure
    that requests are processed in accordance with the procedures in the place
  • Ensure
    the completeness and the accuracy of the payments in the respect of the
    cut-off’s of treatment
  • Takes
    part in initiatives of processes improvement, IG (Inspection Generale) mission,
    and Incidents, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Manager
  • Responsible
    for Newcomers training, under the supervision of the Team Leader

Profile and
Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s
    Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • At
    least 3 years of Experience in Accounting and Finance or Banking and Financial
    Operations
  • Knowledge
    of Operations and Processes – Control
  • Knowledge
    of Transversal Financial Markets
  • Proficiency
    in Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel, and MS Word)
  • Fluent
    in English
  • Organizational
    skills
  • Attention
    to detail/rigor
  • Ability
    to collaborate/Teamwork
  • Analytical
    Ability
