    Wealth Management (“WM”) is developing its Offering Middle Office which
    supports various Wealth Management entities. WM end clients come from various
    backgrounds and countries and look for excellence (very high quality of
    services)

Your Main
Activities Are

  • Control
    Structured Products trades (match investment bank & relationship
    managersinvestment managers executions)
  • Value
    Structured Products (used for the valuation of clients’ portfolios) using
    issuers and market data providers’ sources (Bloomberg, Reuters, SIX Telekurs)
  • Input
    data into Trade Blotter in order to support Bond New Issues
  • Support
    AdvisoryOffering Team in BNPP Switzerland, Germany, Monaco and Luxembourg
  • Handle
    relationship with counterparts (Investment banks teams, BNPP WM Back and Front
    office teams)
  • Participate
    in control processes related to OTC Derivatives and Securities Lending
    activities
  • Generate
    performance indicators, dashboards and reports for Advisory teams and Offering
    management
  • Produce
    reports aimed to follow up the application of the Best Execution MiFID II
    policy
  • Control
    and produce regulatory reporting for CSFF, FMIA and AMF regulators
  • Manage
    regulatory Investors Protection Program’s data (Target Market, Risk Score,
    Costs & Charges)
  • Support the operational managers on ad-hoc projects

Profile and
Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s
    Degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
  • Strong
    Experience in the banking industry
  • At
    least 2 years of professional experience with financial instruments namely: Equities,
    FX, Derivatives, Bonds or Structured Products
  • Strong
    IT skills (Excel, VBA, Word, Power Point, and Access)
  • Knowledge
    of regulatory topics
  • Fluent
    in English
  • Analytical,
    ability to summarize and report, quick learner and adaptable
  • Good
    interpersonal skills and communication
  • Adaptability
    and polyvalence
  • Rigorous
    and autonomous
