We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Poland and be part of Proximity team within CIB IT PRODUCTION.
As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will make an impact and support our freshly established, growing office in Cracow. You will be the first level of support to users, whether by telephone, system or in person. You will conduct an initial diagnosis, resolve incidents, provide simple technical support to upcoming requests and escalate further if needed.

Requirements:
- Overall knowledge of IT hardware, OS (Windows, iOS) and MS products
- Experience with other tech stack like Active Directory, VoIP, Citrix Client, VPN Client, Microsoft Exchange Server and others
- Advanced written and spoken English and Polish skills;
- Problem-solving approach and eager to learn
- Good communication and customer support skills, patience and accuracy
- Willingness to develop in IT
- IT Technician diploma or higher will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- End User Support – provide onsite first level IT support;
- Support hardware: laptops printers, phones and other equipment;
- Install software and troubleshoot issues;
- Support audio-video and IT infrastructure in conference rooms and office spaces;
- Manage IT fixed assets, assist in asset inventory;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service level;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
